Manufacturers of Quartz Infrared Electric Heating Elements |
Quartz Infrared, Inc. is a manufacturer of high quality Quartz electric heating elements. We proudly manufacture every elements we sell in our family run facility in Edgewarter Park, NJ. Every element is manufactured from high quality materials sourced from both domestic and foreign suppliers. We make the finest quality elements in the market.
Quartz Elements from Quartz Infrared, Inc. provide medium-wave infrared energy with a fast heat up and cool down time while creating temperatures ranging from 1000 °F (537°C) up to 2000°F (1093°C) . We offer elements in both clear and satin (translucent) quartz. Clear quartz radiates about 95% of the infrared energy directly, whereas satin quartz absorbs about 35% of the energy and radiates it at a longer wavelength. Depending on the design, our elements can reach full output in as little as 30 seconds and typically cool down to 50 percent output in less than 15 seconds. The quartz element is ideal for applications where process stoppages are anticipated or a quick heat up or cool down is necessary.
We specialize in small runs and custom designs, but can be highly competitive on large orders as well.
We also offer a verity of accessories for mounting and connecting your elements. See our Accessories category in our Online store.
